The PCFACE clock will be ready for use when the employees have been enrolled. The employees can record transactions or view total information by presenting an enrolled face.
The employee should step towards the clock and stop when their face is within 9 - 25 inches; the clock will detect the employee and start the face recognition automatically.
With the face detected, the screen will display the employee's image and a message will show a the bottom of the screen guiding the employee.
When the employee's face is in the correct position a blue frame will display on the screen and the clock will scan the employee's image.
When the employee is successfully verified a confirmation beep will sound, a text message will appear, an audio message may be played and the punch will be added to the employee's timecard.
